Early Bird
CSHT member: $650+tax
Non-member: $750+tax
Student: $450+tax

After September 3rd
CSHT Member: $750+tax
Non-member: $850+tax
Student: $550+tax

Cancellation Fee:
A full refund minus $100 administration fee is available prior to September 24, 2025.
No refunds available after September 24, 2025

Hotel Information:

CSHT members will have access to ASSH conference rates at several nearby hotels via their housing provider ConferenceDirect.

Contact Hours

An estimated 7.5 hours of total content eligible for HTCC Contact Hours for attending the CSHT Annual Conference. Certificates will be available* 

*American attendees please note, while licensing requirements vary by state, we encourage attendees to consult their local state licensing board for confirmation. CSHT is confident that our program meets high professional standards and is likely to be accepted by most state licensure boards
